Joel has spent the last 20 years designing and building web converting and digital printing machines for a variety of industries, including medical, pharmaceutical, and electronics. Before becoming a Sr. Design Engineer for Delta, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Mi., and has been constructing servo-controlled processing and finishing equipment ever since.

Specializing in machine flexibility, and increased accuracies, Joel has presented at numerous sites, including the 3M Converter College and the Applied Web Handling Conference. His knowledge of optimizing registration with laser die cutting and digital print finishing has helped bring Delta to the forefront our industry.
