Purpose: The purpose of this class is to offer advanced converting instruction that focuses on process optimization and machine efficiency.

Thursday 8:30 am - noon

Attendees: The class may be applicable for machine operators, engineering support personnel, job estimators, and process designers.

Class Format: Delta's Advanced Converting is held at Delta's facility in Minneapolis, MN and runs for 3.5 days. It incorporates a combination of classroom instruction and actual machine operation. All sessions will rely on the experience of the trainer(s) and the participation of the students.

Subject Matter: Delta's experienced engineers and project coordinators will present advanced training on rotary modules, registration setup, registration sensors, servo-driven accumulators, island placement, spindles, tension, printing/coating, seal beds, lasers, conveyors, reject systems, vision systems, validation, advanced process technologies and additional process modules.

Deliverables: Delta will supply each participant with a full course training manual and a certificate of completion.
